A upstream carrier fibre break to the Geraldton NBN Point of Interconnect is impacting NBN customers North of Joondalup WA up to Geraldton.
Field resources at both Arramall & Geraldton WA are required on the 18/12/23 to perform coordinated troubleshooting.
There is no ETA for restoration at this stage.
