Our data centre technicians will be replacing carrier cross connects this Friday that will impact enterprise fibre based internet and ethernet services. The expected outage is short and anticipated to only be approximately 5-10 minutes. The brief outage will commence at close of business day.
We recommend customers logout of any critical systems that depend on fibre or internet connectivity before the outage window or otherwise make alternative connectivity arrangements for this short maintenance window.
