Technicians identified that email delivery to a cPanel mail server was disrupted between the evening of Friday, 13th June 2025 and Sunday night, around 9:30 PM.
This disruption was caused by unknown incompatibilities introduced during automated system updates.
Technicians have resolved the issue and reinstated services however any emails sent or received during this period may not have been successfully delivered and are likely unrecoverable. We recommend customers review their sent mail and re-send any important messages during this period to be sure.
