Carrier Link Degradation May be Impacting Phone Calls
An upstream carrier network issue was determined to be the cause of intermittent RTP session flow impacting voice servers on 2023-09-08 15:09. We have been advised the issue is resolved.
Call degradation appears to have stabilized. Technicians are monitoring until cause of fault is identified.
We have identified a potential upstream carrier issue that may impact receiving phone calls.
